• Our hosting and cloud partners (including GoDaddy, Shopify, and other technology vendors) are selected for their renewable energy and carbon-neutral data centre commitments.
   
• We promote efficient energy use in all offices and project activities, using energy-saving equipment and green procurement standards.
   

• We build lightweight, efficient websites optimised for lower energy consumption and faster performance.
   
• We encourage our clients to adopt eco-friendly hosting solutions, sustainable web design principles, and paperless digital workflows.
   
• Our development and marketing strategies prioritise automation and digital tools that reduce unnecessary physical resource use.
   

• We operate a paperless policy across all departments and use digital documentation wherever possible.
   
• Electronic waste (e.g., computers, peripherals) is recycled or donated through certified e-waste channels.
   
• We avoid single-use plastics in any physical events or materials.
   

• We engage suppliers who share our environmental values and can demonstrate sustainable practices.
   
• Preference is given to local and UK-based partners where feasible to reduce logistics-related emissions.

• Leadership Team ensures environmental objectives are embedded in strategic decisions and daily operations.
   
• All employees and contractors are expected to follow this policy, minimise waste, and report opportunities for sustainability improvements.
   
• Partners and suppliers are encouraged to align with our sustainability principles and disclose their environmental practices when requested.
