What changes the price

The six things that move a quote

Number of pages and templates: A ten-page site with three templates costs less than forty pages with twelve.
Content: If you supply approved copy the build is faster. If we write it, allow for research and review rounds.
Integrations: Booking, payments, CRM and case systems each add scoping, build and testing time.
Migration: Moving an existing site means URL mapping, redirects and checking nothing is lost.
Accessibility evidence: Formal testing and a written report is more work than building to the standard.
Deadline: A compressed timeline can be met, but it changes how we staff the work.

WCAG 2.2 AA as an acceptance criterion, tested with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Responsive layouts designed for 320, 375, 768, 1024 and 1440 pixel widths.
Core Web Vitals targets: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1.
Search foundations: unique titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, structured data, sitemap and robots.
Security basics: hardened configuration, dependency hygiene and a patching plan.
Ownership of the code, the domain and the hosting account.

Frequently asked questions

Are these prices fixed?

The starter and growing packages are fixed for the scope described. Anything outside that scope is quoted before it is started, never added to an invoice afterwards.

What is not included?

Domain registration, hosting fees, paid stock photography, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are separate. We tell you what they cost before you commit.

How do payments work?

Payment terms, instalments and any VAT position are confirmed in writing in the proposal before work begins.

How long does it take?

A starter site can be live in days once content is ready. Larger builds depend on page count, content and integrations, and we give you a date in the proposal.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, as a separate fixed monthly arrangement covering updates, monitoring, backups and improvement time.

What if I only need a redesign?

A redesign is scoped differently because the priority is keeping existing search visibility. The redesign service page explains the approach.
