Questions people ask
- What will you need access to?
- For the free snapshot, only the public address of your website. For the paid review we look at the public site as well, and it helps if you can tell us which pages matter most commercially. We never ask for passwords or administrator accounts.
- Is the review automated?
- No. A person goes through the site, on a desktop and a phone. We may use tools to check page speed or markup, but the observations and recommendations are written by hand and explained.
- Is this a formal accessibility audit?
- No. Both options include observations only. The paid review contains an accessibility spot-check against common WCAG 2.2 AA issues. A formal conformance audit or an independent assessment is separate work and is quoted on its own.
- How is the £195 credit applied?
- If you order an eligible website project within 30 days of receiving the review, the £195 plus VAT you paid is deducted from the first invoice. The credit applies once and is not exchangeable for cash.
- Will you need access to our analytics?
- Not for the free snapshot. For the paid review, read-only analytics or Search Console access makes the search and conversion sections more accurate, but it is optional and the review goes ahead without it.
- What happens after the review?
- You receive the findings and you are free to act on them yourself, pass them to your current supplier or ask us to quote. There is no obligation and we do not chase.
